Listen to the people.

Listen to people who disagree with you.
Listen to what is not being said.
A leader who only speaks can easily miss what people are actually experiencing.
A serious aspirant should learn to ask:
What is the real problem here?
What are people trying to tell me?
What facts am I missing?
Am I responding to understand—or simply waiting for my turn to talk?
Strong leaders do not fear difficult questions.
They do not need to win every conversation.
They need to understand enough to make better decisions.
Because in politics, one careless statement can destroy trust.
One thoughtful conversation can build it.
Speak with purpose.
Listen with patience.
Decide with understanding.
