What data is collected
Campaign account data, supporter CRM records, volunteer applications, citizen issues, event attendance, polling agent assignments, public evidence notes, peace reports, contact requests, timestamps, and audit records.
Vota is designed for consent-based campaign engagement, role-based access, and auditability. Campaign teams remain responsible for lawful collection and use of citizen, supporter, volunteer, event, agent, and evidence records.
Campaign account data, supporter CRM records, volunteer applications, citizen issues, event attendance, polling agent assignments, public evidence notes, peace reports, contact requests, timestamps, and audit records.
To coordinate peaceful campaign operations, respond to citizen issues, organize volunteers and agents, prepare events, publish approved accountability updates, and provide platform support.
Access is role-based. Campaign owners and authorized managers can access campaign records. Field and polling users should be limited by assignment. Public visitors only see approved promises and approved evidence.
Public forms require consent before submission. SMS or WhatsApp updates use a separate optional opt-in. People can opt out anytime by contacting the campaign team or Vota support.
Supporters, volunteers, and citizens may request correction or removal. Campaign teams and Vota support will handle requests subject to legal, audit, billing, security, and backup obligations.
Vota supports authenticated access, role controls, audit logs for sensitive actions, approved-public visibility for evidence, and safe public language for issue-based campaign work.
